Return, Refund & Exchange Policy 
At Luxe Arabia Perfumes we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality 
fragrances while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory 
compliance. 
Due to the nature of perfume products and international shipping regulations, our return 
and refund policy is necessarily strict and specifically tailored to cosmetic and 
flammable goods. 

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. 
1. General Eligibility 
Returns are accepted only for: 
• Incorrect items shipped by us 
• Damaged or defective products upon delivery 
• Unopened products that meet the conditions outlined below 
All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. 


2. Hygiene & Safety Policy (Cosmetic Products) 
Perfumes are classified as cosmetic and personal-use products. For hygiene and safety 
reasons, we cannot resell any opened or used items. 
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: 
• Opened or unsealed products 
• Products with broken or removed protective wrapping 
• Sprayed or used items (even once for testing) 
• Products without original packaging 
Any product that has been used, even once, for the purpose of “testing” the scent is 
considered used and non-returnable. 
We strongly recommend using samples (if available). 


3. Allergy & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer 
Individual skin chemistry varies. 
Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or personal skin responses do not constitute product 
defects. 


We are not responsible for: 
• Skin irritation 
• Allergic reactions 
• Sensitivity to ingredients 
Customers are advised to review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before use. 
Opened products cannot be returned for these reasons. 


4. Subjectivity of Scent Performance 
Fragrance performance is highly subjective and influenced by: 
• Skin chemistry 
• Weather and humidity 
• Storage conditions 
• Personal perception 
The following do not qualify as defects or return reasons: 
• Longevity concerns 
• Projection (silage) concerns 
• Scent strength perceptions 
• Personal dislike of fragrance notes 
• Comparisons to previous purchases 
5. Batch Variation Notice 
Natural ingredients and manufacturing cycles may cause slight variations between 
batches. 
Minor differences in: 
• Scent profile 
• Colour 
• Strength 
are normal and do not indicate defects. 
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product: 
You must: 
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery 
2. Provide clear photos/videos of: 
o Outer packaging 
o Inner packaging 
o Product condition 
o Shipping label 
3. Provide an unboxing video when requested 
Failure to provide evidence may result in rejection of the claim. 
Approved cases will receive: 
• Replacement, or 
• Refund, at our discretion 

7. Change-of-Mind Returns (Unopened Only) 
We may accept returns for change-of-mind only if: 
• Product is unopened 
• Factory seal intact 
• Original packaging preserved 
• Return requested within 7 days 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
8. HAZMAT & Shipping Compliance 
Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as flammable dangerous goods (HAZMAT). 
For safety and regulatory compliance: 
• Customers must not ship returns independently using regular postal or courier 
services 
• Unauthorized shipping may violate transport laws 

For eligible returns: 
• We will arrange pickup through our certified logistics partner 
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund 
We are not responsible for: 
• Items shipped using unauthorized carriers 
• Returns lost or damaged in transit due to non-approved shipping methods 
9. Inspection & Refund Processing 
Refunds are processed only after: 
• Item is received at our warehouse 
• Inspection confirms eligibility 

If the product does not meet return conditions, it may be: 
• Rejected and shipped back at customer expense, or 
• Disposed of for hygiene/safety reasons

10. Fraud Prevention & Abuse 
To protect against misuse: 
We reserve the right to: 
• Request unboxing videos 
• Reject suspicious claims 
• Refuse service for excessive returns 
• Monitor return-to-purchase ratios 
• Suspend or block accounts suspected of policy abuse 
11. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are strictly non-returnable: 
• Opened or used products 
• Testers 
• Samples 
• Gift cards 
• Clearance items 
• Personalized or special orders 


12. Final Decision 
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to final approval by Luxe Arabia Perfumes 
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
