What we promise

• Original only. We sell genuine designer, niche and Arabian perfumes. We never sell copies, dupes, clones or "inspired by" fragrances.
• Sealed in the original packaging. Full bottles arrive in their original brand box with the factory seal intact.
• Clearly labelled decants. Our decants and discovery sets are hand-filled from original bottles and are always sold as decants, never as sealed products.
• Nothing hidden. If you have any doubt about a bottle you received from us, contact us before using it and we will sort it out with you.

How to check your bottle

1. Check the seal. The box should arrive wrapped in tight, clean cellophane with neat folds.
2. Find the batch code. Look underneath the box and on the base of the bottle for a short printed or engraved code (letters and numbers). The code on the box should match the code on the bottle.
3. Look it up. You can enter the brand and batch code on a free independent checker such as CheckFresh.com or CheckCosmetic.net to see the production date. Not every brand is listed, especially Arabian houses, so if yours isn't found, just message us.
4. Check the details. Original perfumes have sharp, even printing on the box and bottle, a smooth spray, and a cap that fits firmly.
